In Italy the shipping cost for purchases under € 50 is € 6 with BRT and € 6.90 with Poste Italiane. Shipping is free for purchases over € 50.
For disadvantaged areas, with the postcodes below, shipping will be carried out with Poste Italiane and may require an extra day for delivery.

For European Union (EU) countries the shipping cost varies depending on the destination country. Shipping is free for orders over € 100.
For most countries, two couriers are available: Bartolini (DPD group) and Poste Italiane.
For non-EU countries the shipping cost varies depending on the destination country. You can find the exact amounts in the cart during the checkout process. Shipping is free for orders over € 250.

In any case, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by a potential delivery delay that is not directly attributable to us. Colombo Milano 1911 is unable to guarantee deliveries on public holidays as they depend on the destination area and the courier's delivery schedule. Delivery times are indicative and refer to the average shipping times required from the moment the order is processed and fulfilled.
Shipments are handled by Poste Italiane or Bartolini.
Shipping in Italy
As for shipments in Italy with Poste Italiane, delivery will take place within 2/3 working days from the date the order is shipped. For the regions of Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria, delivery times may require an extra day.
As for shipments in Italy with Bartolini, delivery will take place within approximately 2 working days from the date the order is shipped. For the regions of Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria, delivery times may require an extra day.
For disadvantaged areas, with the postcodes indicated in the first lines of this page, shipping will be carried out with Poste Italiane and may require an extra day for delivery.
International shipping
The delivery of shipments to EU countries will take from 3-4 days to 6-7 days, depending on the country, from the date the order is shipped. You will be notified of the timeframes during the checkout process.
The delivery of shipments to non-EU countries will take place within approximately 7/10 days from the date the order is shipped.
ATTENTION: Delivery times for customized products require 4/5 extra working days compared to the standard time, and in any case, they cannot be returned.
DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT
A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. The first delivery attempt will be made with prior notice to the recipient via e-mail during daytime hours (up to approximately 6:00 PM). Please note: it is not possible to request a specific narrow time slot for delivery.
If the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated, they will leave a delivery notice and the necessary information so that you can contact their Customer Service to arrange a second delivery attempt. To avoid any delay, please ensure that your name is clearly visible on the doorbell or write the name of the person who will be picking up the shipment if you wish to receive the package at your workplace. The Colombo Milano 1911 Customer Service will track the shipment until delivery is completed and will contact you in case of any issues.
